Who we are
MedallionIQ is an independent data and AI readiness agency, registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us when you book a call or email us:
- Booking details from Cal.com: your name, email, organisation and anything you add to the booking.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Anonymous, cookieless website statistics that do not identify you.
Why we use it
To arrange and hold the call you asked for, reply to you, and, if you go ahead, set up an engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Who processes it for us
- Cal.com, for call bookings.
- Our website hosting provider.
- A cookieless analytics provider.
- Our email provider.
Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years after the engagement ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
